Flamenco set designer, painter, author, and sometimes potter/ filmmaker Chiaki Horikoshi connects the small art community in Onishi with Tokyo. He has several artists from Tokyo and Onishi that help him.

I often assist Mr. Horikoshi in painting, constructing or installing his Flamenco set designs. Due to their size Mr. Horikoshi’s massive canvases have to be painted at the kiln site on the side of a mountain.
